About EDI at Ontario Tech
The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Ontario Tech focuses on issues facing our staff, students, alumni and society from a multi-disciplinary approach. The Office investigates existing policies, procedures and tools to ensure that they are equitable, and offers a variety of training and knowledge sharing opportunities. The aim of the Office is to advance knowledge in the realm of EDI and the barriers facing underrepresented populations by encouraging research, fostering innovation, maintaining open communication and welcoming change.
